Sam Flynn Character Profile

Sam, the son of Kevin Flynn the Encom top dog, had a close relationship with his father until one fateful night in 1989 Kevin Flynn went to work but mysteriously disappeared.  Fast forward to Sam Flynn at 27, deeply affected by his father’s disappearance the very capable and tech savvy Sam has no real direction, a college drop-out Sam tries to fill his life thrill seeking and pulling stunts which more often than not end up with him in the police station for the night.  Although Sam likes people to believe he has little interest in his father’s former company Encom, he pulls an annual stunt against the company’s board who have taken the Encom away from his father’s ideals and onto a more commercial path.  The last remaining voice of these ideals at the company is Allen Bradley, Kevin Flynns former friend and colleague has been a substitute father figure for Sam in Kevin’s absence.  When Allen tells Kevin about an unusual page he received from Kevin’s office at his old arcade Sam’s curiosity gets the better of him, could he finally find out what happened to his father all those years ago?
